We are hiring drivers based in Northern Indiana, Northern OH, or anywhere along the I-80 corridor, and Baltimore, MD area.

We’re a small, driver-focused flatbed company with a fleet of 25 trucks, and we’re looking for professional OTR flatbed drivers to grow with us.

💰 Pay & Home Time
• $0.65 per mile (raise after 6 months)
• Paid weekly
• Home every weekend
• Steady, consistent miles (average 2,600 a wk)

📦 Freight & Equipment
• OTR flatbed freight
• Steel, lumber, and building materials
• Well-maintained, late-model trucks (Paper Logs)
• No mega-carrier nonsense — real people in dispatch

✅ Requirements
• Valid CDL-A
• Flatbed 2years of experience
• Ability to secure and tarp loads (4’ tarp)
• Safety-first attitude and strong work ethic
