In 2024, we’re excited to see ground-based microwave Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) at 10kW and 500m, achieving an impressive 42% efficiency! The next step, OHISAMA, is set for fiscal 2026, beaming microwave power from 450km to a receiver in Usuda.

With 100 billion yen committed by 2028, Japan is betting on microwave power beaming from orbit—using the same core architecture as Helio.

We're approaching a major milestone in space energy! Helio has already completed 4 lunar missions, deployed hardware on the Moon, and signed its first customer. We are all working towards a greater goal and we are proud to be in this journey.
