Happy Thursday! I am excited to announce that yesterday I launched a mini course for the every day person on managing anger, called Harnessing the Power of Anger.

This two hour self-paced course is designed to help:

-Learn more about anger and what it’s really signaling

-Identify ones unique triggers and patterns

-Understand the root causes of your anger

-Identify effective coping strategies

-Create a personalized Anger Strategy Plan

Anger doesn't need to be feared. It needs to be understood.

The course costs $47 and includes a series of short videos and easy-to-use worksheets to help apply what is learned.

This course is not a substitute for therapy, but it’s a powerful first step to begin to understand and manage anger.

Today I celebrate the beginning of my 37th year on this planet. It feels like it's been much longer and not as long, both at the same time.

I am so excited to share that my 2nd workbook: Anger Management for Teens, is going to be published next month!

I want all teens to know that their anger is not something bad or that it has to overpower them. But instead they can harness and hone it for their benefit!
