Here's a KB single press X 2 @ 32kg. My UB training today after a sprint session at the track was as follows,
Ring Pull Up X 1 @ 24kg
Single Press X 4-24kg, X 2-28kg
Ring Pull Up X 2 @ 24kg
Single Press X 1,2,3 @ 32kg (3-5 min rest)
Ring Pull Up X 3 @ 24kg
Single Press X 5-28k
Done

I'm getting back to using 'The Beast', 48kg (106LB) Get Up. In this proprioceptive-rich environment, Stability is the name of the game. Shoulder resilience, killer abs, and a steel-strong mindset is how I look at what the Get Up delivers to me each time I GET UP!!!!!
