We're growing, and we're looking for a First Responder Program Lead to join our team.

Supporting first responders is some of the most meaningful—and demanding—work a clinician can do.

We're seeking a licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist with significant experience working with first responders, including firefighters, EMS personnel, law enforcement, military populations, or similarly high-stress professional groups.

This unique role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including consultation, training, outreach, and program development as we continue to expand our First Responder Program and our partnership with the Oakland Fire Department.
