🧊 I used to go into a full freeze response when I had to perform something, up until about 3 years ago when something shifted. I still feel like I could s% #* my pants before a performance, but I’ve learned to find a flow state and to not let small, frozen me hijack my desire to share and to be witnessed.

🦁 I know, you’re not sure if this group is for you, and your face looks something like one of disgust and terror. But dear ones, we can be brave in facing our darkness, and we can be gentle. It’s possible.
