Leathery, spiky, silky, ribbons of agave rosettes live so happily in the dry soil.

Designing all native plant gardens is a passion of mine. They're wildlife havens, weather/water conscious and prevent many endangered plants from vanishing completely. There's a natural romantic quality to them. I loved orchestrating the rich and alluring textures for this project in El Cerrito.
