Fun little known fact: long before Book Society, I kept a blog about ice cream. 🍦📖

I’ve always loved reading and writing about food, taking cooking classes, testing recipes. I had no idea where it would lead — a cookbook, freelance writing, maybe even an ice cream shop? Clearly I went down a slightly different path (though that same passion clearly found its way into Book Society). I just wish I’d had Dianne Jacob’s wisdom to guide me back then!

That’s why we’re thrilled to host Dianne — award-winning author of Will Write for Food and one of the country’s top food writing coaches — for a workshop this Wednesday, June 24, 6–8pm.
