For decades, Dr. Malcolm Potts helped shape the global conversation on reproductive health, voluntary family planning, and women's rights. Now, a new documentary interview from The Overpopulation Project captures his reflections on the history of the family planning movement, the lessons learned, and the work that remains.
As the founding director of UC Berkeley School of Public Health's Bixby Center for Population, Health and Sustainability, Potts dedicated his career to expanding access to reproductive health care and empowering women around the world. His insights continue to inform today's public health challenges.
