Some open houses are magical. Today’s open house at 1115 Cowper was just that. We had about 40 people come to see this gorgeous home and then Earl showed up. Earl of Rudy and Earl did the renovations back in 2000. It was my pleasure to meet Earl and his BFF Jane and to talk about the work he put into making Cowper so magical with modern architecture & amenities and tons of original detail. It feels so good to be able to hold homes open. I’m super grateful to get to meet amazing people.
