Hi everyone, it looks like I ran out of time. I have so many dreams that I wanted to fulfill and plans to create new stories for you. As a kid riddled with insecurity and internalized ableism, I could not see a path forward. It was thanks to friendships and some great teachers who believed in me that I was able to fight my way out of miserable situations into a place where I finally felt comfortable in my skin. We need more stories about us and our culture. You all, we all, deserve the everything and more in such a hostile, ableist environment. Our wisdom is incisive and unflinching. Hey y’all, we have a new community workout this Saturday:

Fitness is for everyone! Join Jorge for a fun & inclusive workout using innovative adaptive equipment designed to work for you. Jorge will meet the athlete where they are at and give them an adaptive workout, suited to their needs, using adaptive bands & modified equipment. Wear comfortable athletic attire, bring a water bottle & towel, and feel free to bring any mobility aids or personal props you prefer. All fitness levels are welcome and anyone can join with or without a disability!
