Bluegrass Turf & Landscape LLC
Hi everyone!!! Just a quick update this morning before I head out to spray. We are out servicing lawns. Due to the recent rain fall some areas are still too wet to spray. I actually took a fall yesterday trying to spray a lawn that was too wet. I’m sore but ok. I will NOT spray any lawn that I think is dangerous moving forward. Guys the soul temps just reached testing levels Tuesday. We are not late we are RIGHT ON TIME. I’m aware some other service have been out for a couple of weeks but honestly that’s taking advantage of your customers in my opinion. Why treat when your customer or their property receives no benefit? Just an FYI I will try to finish Richmond, Somerset, and Monticello by Next Friday (Weather Permitting). Thanks! Will see you soon!
Hello everyone! Boy what a fall and winter it has been for Carol & I. This is for you that haven’t heard or called me about it. Carol had a near fatal car accident on 11-25-19. After many surgeries and rehab ongoing she is finally getting back to her old self. We are gearing up for the 2020 season. Prepay letters went out last Thursday and I’m finishing up the routes for this year. If you have any questions regarding your services please feel free to contact the office. I do want to send out a warm heart filled thank you to everyone that has sent prayers, called and texted me about Carol. We look forward to a GREAT 2020! See you very soon.
Hi all! Due to excessive heat we have decided to push seedings back a week or two. Most of our slots are already filled only about 8 or so remain. If you haven’t already scheduled yours PLEASE call in and let us know quickly as NO ONE wants to be on the dreaded alternate list. Which means someone has to cancel their seeding in order to get you off that list. Also please no mowing during this 90+ degree heat wave. Water will be much more beneficial than cutting.
Hello everyone! Most of our service area is under a no burn order. The heat is unreal coming earlier and higher each day. For these reasons we are HIGHLY recommending watering your lawn at LEAST twice per week in the evening. Honestly 3 times would be better until weather conditions improve. Stay safe in this heat and limit your exposure to it. Thanks!
