If your house doesn't have ventilation and crossspace vents. This is the damage that could occur. Once moisture is present that's like a red beacon for all the bugs to start eating your house. They love moisture. If your house isn't well ventilated please give KCM Contracting a call and we can take care of that problem for you. If you have moisture in your crawl space, please be vigilant in pest control. All this damage was caused by termites and powder post Beatles. They completely destroyed EVERY floor joist, large sections of seal plate and band board, as well as the subfloor. All had to be removed and replaced.
