This role will support project implementation across a wide array of projects, maintain strong relationships with Fahe's diverse range of clients, and assist with grant compliance according to state, federal, and funder requirements.
π Location: Remote within KY, TN, WV, VA, OH, IN, or NC, up to 20% travel
πΌ Schedule: Full-Time
π Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
π‘ Experience: 1-3 years experience in project coordination, grant administration, case management, or nonprofit program support

Following Hurricane Helene, Fahe Members across East TN are helping meet urgent affordable housing needs through rehabilitation, reconstruction, and new housing development projects supported through Tennessee ARPA funding:
β’ Appalachia Service Project is rehabilitating 9 owner-occupied homes and building 6 new homes for homeownership
β’ Aid to Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties (ADFAC) rehabilitated 5 owner-occupied homes
β’ Eastern Eight Community Development Corporation is developing 3 rental housing communities
β’ Clinch-Powell RC&D is rehabilitating 3 homes for homeownership and 1 rental home
β’ TCAC Housing Programs is reconstructing 7 owner-occupied homes
