Not all kits come cut for every hole. Some bikes manufacturers add or change something after the bike has been scanned, which leaves you needing to trim some pieces.

The key is a very sharp knife and a lot of patience, the piece is still floating and full of water so if you drag your knife along it too hard it will wrinkle up.
