Dr. Erin is using a technique called ART — Active Release Technique , while working on one of our East vs West world level arm wrestling athletes. But this is not just for elite athletes. Client Spotlight : Owen 🔴🏈

Two weeks in and the growth is already showing. Owen has been putting in the work and it is starting to translate on the field.

In this drill he is working on his strike angle as a lineman. Here is what we are coaching and what to look for:

⚫️Proper stance — bend in the toes, ankles, hips, and knees with the hips slightly pressed back toward the heels. Coiled up and ready to explode.

⚫️On the release we are looking for hands above the eyes, wrists locked together, and a full hip drive that creates a straight line from the wrists through the ankles.
