We had the pleasure this week of doing a show with Vicki Wynn at the Extension Office. If you’ve been wanting to learn about adding Smoothies to your diet, this show is for you!! Vicki does a great job on sharing all the techniques. Tune into Mediam Channel 8 on Monday, September 15 at 1 and 7 pm, as well as various other times throughout the month.

Now is a great time to make sure you get all of your old VHS tapes transferred to a digital format. Tapes can begin to deteriorate over time but we would love to help you preserve your memories. Message for more details.
