At CS Construction, we’re always looking for ways to build more responsibly - and the Redmond Landing Affordable Housing project is a great example of that in action.

We recently installed a rainwater reclamation system that captures runoff directly from the roof and stores it in a 1,700-gallon underground tank. This collected water is then reused for irrigation throughout the property. 🌧

By reusing natural resources, this system:
• Reduces overall water demand
• Lowers energy use and emissions
• Helps prevent erosion and stormwater runoff

Small systems like this make a big impact! 🌎
