This was a text I got from my tenant, that lives in my ADU.
Below are the building envelope details…
-R20 under the slab floor (not a heated slab)
-R21 in the wall cavities.
-R10 continuous exterior insulation.
-the ADU is under living space
- air tightness 0.6 ACH

I’m happy to announce that from now on, we will only be working on Certified Passive House projects or better!
