Say hello to Adrienne Mastrandrea, our incredible Family Nurse Practitioner with 12+ years of healthcare experience and a true passion for helping patients get to the root cause of their symptoms. Her approach to care is holistic, thoughtful, and deeply personalized — blending functional medicine with real-life lifestyle support so patients feel empowered every step of the way. 💛

From emergency medicine to functional wellness, Adrienne brings a broad clinical background and a calming presence that helps patients feel truly heard. She’s especially passionate about nervous system regulation, stress management, sleep, movement, and creating sustainable habits that support long-term vitality.

A few fun things about Adrienne:

Daily nervous system support — walks outside, breath work, stretching, meditation, and prioritizing good sleep.

🍪 Go-to healthy meal or guilty pleasure:
Chocolate chip cookies… always.

Taking her dog on a long walk and then cozying up on the couch together.

When she’s not in clinic, you can find Adrienne skiing, practicing yoga, paddle boarding, hiking with her dog, traveling, or spending time with family and friends. She recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is continuing her education in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yin Yoga 🧘‍♀️✨
