PSA: The only evil lives in your mind
all the stress and overwhelm,
All your outrage (be it Olympics or anything else) going on “out there” is really an indication of whats going on INSIDE you
is just your conditioned beliefs, raging as they are challenged, trying to keep your self worth issues from being discovered.

The beautiful thing is, when you feel that outrage it means your pain body is being exposed and that is the PERFECT time to peek below the surface with curiosity about what those beliefs are

Curiosity if holding them so tightly is still serving you, the way it did when they were created

When we are willing to look within , honestly identify the overgrown w**ds that we’ve allowed to consume the landscape, take responsibility for the consequences of that wild mess, and lovingly w**d to the garden of our mind, only then can we create the most beautiful landscape we can imagine

Only then can we disengage from the anxiety, stress, fear, shame, frustration, resentment and anger

Only then can we take our power back from the story we have been creating through the window obscured by all those wild w**ds, and see more clearly the reality that feels most Fullfilling

Only then can we write a script made of scenes that are ful of ALIVENESS

There is a path and process to finding your aliveness

There is a way beyond stress and frustration and exhaustion

I know they way and I am delighted to walk it with you

Late fall of 2004 I packed up my little blue honda CRV
And started driving from Maine…
I wasn’t sure where I would land

I had a flip phone (which was pretty new for me), an atlas the size of my entire torso, and an adventurous spirit

Along the way I answered a Craigslist ad for a roommate
had a phone call with one of the 3 guys who lived in the house and after that call, I put a check in the mail to him for my deposit- sight unseen

I was trusting the check would get there and that I would be allowed in when I arrived- which would be days after they’d cashed it

I’d just rented a room In a ski house in Lake Tahoe California

3,000 miles from where I’d started that drive

At that point in my life, I traveled with the seasons for 4 straight years, moving all over the US working the tourist season then moving on.

I intended for this stop to be the same- work the winter and then find my next summer adventure

Little did I know Lake Tahoe would capture my heart and change my life forever

I learned to ski
Then I learned to rock climb

I bought my first tent, and then my first everything else gear and camping related!

Made the best of friends, and lost some really good ones too

Made a baby and became a mom 💕
