We have been keeping a secret!! Our seasonal catio is now an all year use, no more closing for heat, cold and smoke.

3 doors (that open to 90°) on each end, insulation, heat and a/c. Yahoooo! No more pushing around the huge swamp cooler. :) Floor to ceiling doors, we do still have the chain link and cat proof screening, extra security.

This will open more space for reservations also, hopefully able to get people off the waitlist faster, we would love that!

We are booking this space, but still another week or 2 before usable. $40/day.
