Spring of 2022 was a busy one -- pre planning work for a President's Club incentive trip at the Nobu hotel In Cabo. Food and beverage planning, decor for 3 evening events, entertainment search and contracting.. and more. So good to be back to live event planning again!

For 22 years my calendar year revolved around conferences and events. 2 years ago suddenly that stopped... live events were cancelled.

Last week I finally travelled again for an incentive trip planning meeting in Cabo! The Nobu Hotel is a stunning, relaxing property ... a new hotel that opened 3 years ago.

It was great to be back in the event world again with Event Marketing Partners.. and I enjoyed the trip with Lara Gallagher

KKB Events’ 4th and final fall event was at the JW Marriott San Antonio Resort. For this event, we built and managed the Cvent registration platform and executed on a new greeting / check in process for the approx. 600 attendees. By implementing this new process, registration lines were non-existent!

In addition, attendees had personalized schedules all imported and pre-loaded in the Crowd Compass mobile app. The weather was gloomy but attendees were happy!!

Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort is where KKB Events was in October! This mega 15k plus event had multiple locations for meal service. Working under Nteractive, KKB Events was the on-site food and beverage lead for the largest meal pavilion. In addition there was a reception at the Magic Kingdom and KKB Events was stationed in Frontierland.

The meal pavilion was located in a tent placed in a converted parking lot... This event builds out a complete campus for the event to be a success! The hotel staff is a well oiled machine with exceptional customer service! Special meal requests for celiac, allergies etc were all handled with professionalism and accuracy!
