Inspire Early Learning Center Preschool and Daycare is looking for energetic, fun educators to join our team!

We have full time openings for teacher's aids. Come join our staff of specialists who spend the day caring for children, leading song, dance, yoga, and art sessions, reading books and playing outdoors with children between 0-5 years of age.

We are seeking candidates that are creative, energetic, positive and work well in a team. No previous experience required, and on the job training provided. Employees must be reliable, punctual, and responsible and be enrolled in the Central Background Registry for the State of Oregon.

Work Conditions: Work is in-person inside a daycare/preschool, or outside on the property playgrounds. Our centers are currently open year round, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Full time employees work 40 hours per week. Good attendance is crucial for stability and day-to-day business needs. Must follow attendance and break schedule, and must be on time when shift begins. The employee in this position will often be required to lift or carry children and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and pushing or pulling carts weighing up to 50 pounds. Mobile flexibility is required to lift, carry, and assist children in day to day activities. Full care of children is required including, but not limited to bathroom and diapering, applying sunscreen, helping to feed children or assist in clean up of meals, or cleaning up messy art projects/outdoor activities. Some cleaning and classroom organization is required including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, moving and cleaning toys, and taking care of trash and recycling. Weekly professional cleaning of the building is provided.

Teacher Aids start at $17/hour, with experience and qualifications taken into consideration for higher rates. Paid holidays, PTO, insurance plans, and staff tuition rates include in benefits.
