Their love of wine and their joy of sustainable farming led Lava Terrace Cellars to explore how they could grow wine grapes on their five-acres in Bend, Oregon.
We love bringing in local makers to the Pantry, especially wine makers! Come grab a bottle next time you're in!

Mornings have always been our favorite chapter.

The light comes in just right. The coffee is fresh. And there’s something about 7 AM that feels like a deep breath before the day gets going.
We’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately and here’s where we’ve landed: we’re pausing our Thursday through Saturday evening hours (5 to 9 pm), effective now.
This isn’t a goodbye to evenings forever. It’s us being honest that are real magic happens in the morning, and we want to give that everything we’ve got. We’re also taking this time to thoughtfully build an evening experience worth coming back for.

Special events will still happen, and we’ll shout about each one when they do.

Thank you for being the kind of community that makes it feel safe to slow down and do things right. We’ll see you in the morning.
