This year, I’m offering a thoughtfully curated Self-Love experience designed to support deep relaxation, reflection, and gentle restoration.
We’ll begin by sipping our signature Self-Love Brew tea, featuring cacao for a naturally rich, chocolate-inspired Valentine’s touch. From there, you’ll be guided into meditation before settling into a restorative sound bath created to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
The experience also includes a guided journaling ritual and a Trebled Souls candle to continue the experience at home.
This gathering is intentionally intimate and open to individuals, friends, and partners seeking a quieter, more meaningful way to honor the day.
