This facility is huge and has so many amenities!

My specialty is functional training. AKA move your body more efficiently, correct imbalance and dysfunction. I love creative workouts that are fun and challenging! Core work always!!

Here’s a challenge! All abs all core! + upper body.

30 seconds of work at a challenging pace
30 seconds of recovery after each exercise with 5 push-ups (you’ll complete 35 push-ups total)

7 minutes each set. You can do it!

(Please be mindful and switch the exercises to serve your body as needed) Ex: you could do 7 planks in a row if you wanted. If you have any low back issues please use caution.

1-3 sets

Here’s the circuit:
1. sit ups
2. Push-up plank position hold
3. V-sit up kickout
4. V-sit hold
5. Leg raise
6. Leg raise hold
7. Plank hold
