When I'm really honest...

I can feel the flutter of butterflies in my stomach

Who am I supposed to BE to have a million dollars?

Story time: as a parent coach, I would help parents go from yelling uncontrollably to a parent who responds with love and firmness. This transformation takes a massive shift in how they see themselves. They go from “My kids are out of control” to “I know how to respond” and to do this, they become a different person: a parent who 1) has a few tools and 2) trusts themselves.

One incredible tool in personal growth is the identity shift.

In fact, in manifestation, identity shifting is an art and a practice of living as the frequency of your desire.

But how do you know who you’re supposed to be?

How do you know what identity to create? If you want to have a million dollars, do you just start living like a millionaire? What if you don’t like the millionaires you’ve met? What about the stories of rich people that leave you feeling icky? Do you take on their identity?

If you are asked to do something like that, shift your identity into someone you don’t want to be who has the desired result you want, it is NOT going to work.

You won’t WANT to do it, your mind, body, and heart will resist it. It just WON’T work.

Then who DO you BE?

This question is answered by having clarity and specificity on what you DESIRE.

As you can imagine, there are more than a million ways to earn, hold, allocate, and spend a million dollars. Some ways you are on board with and some ways you’re a “hell no!” to.

If you want to know who to be, what identity to shift into, then start by playing in the sandbox of your imagination and dream about what you will do with the million dollars you have.

How will you spend it? What will you spend it on? How will you invest it?

If you’re anything like me, I want money to create other dreams in life, money is a pathway to creating those dreams.

The way to determine the identity you will shift into is by identifying what you want the money FOR, and then BECOME the person who has the things and received them the way they wanted to receive.

You don’t have to be someone else’s version of success, you get to create your own version of YOU being successful!
