We quite literally opened up a can of worms with this one. 🪱The seller built the 2x6 floor right on the ground. Moisture from the soil completely rotted it out. This building was only built in 2015. Moisture is a houses worst enemy. Unexpected delays with tenant moving in on the 1st 🤦‍♀️
