This little spud boy sports an American Pils base, with some rice and carapils to lean out the body. It then got blasted with Amarillo T90 & Terps, Krush T90, and Cascade Cryo. Notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and fresh dough make this Westie your duty now for the future!

🗻American Alps Vienna Style Amber Lager🗻

5.4% ABV 30 IBUs 11 SRM

This bier is our tribute to all the mountaineers and ski bums here and across the pond. The North Cascades have been called the "American Alps" which alongside the Alps themselves feature some of the most stunning and majestic mountains, lakes, rivers, and forests on earth.

We brought in the finest European Malts. Vienna, Dark Munich Malt, and Caramunich set the base, while German Tettnang & Czech Saaz Hops, and our house Lager yeast round out the line up. Smooth and malty, with noble aromatics, make this one truly delicious. 

Whether hiking the Ptarmigan Traverse or the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, ripping Mt. Baker or the Matterhorn, this amber lager will be there to warm you by the fire when you're done.

Munich Style Oktober Festbier

For the fest bier this year, we're serving up one like you might receive in Bavaria. This stein hoisting lager is smooth and malty, but without any of the cloying sweetness you might experience from its more American counter parts.

Layers of German Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts keep the grist polished, while a heaping of German Tettnang hops provide the balance and support.

Japanese Style Rice Lager

Zen is a euphoric expression of simplicity. A beer about living in the now, this is the beer you don't have to think about, just sit back, take a swig, and let the lager waves wash over you. Pairs perfectly with our Soba Noodle Bowl.

Mariner Mary's Marionberry Gose

Mary has been sailing away behind the bar here for years, so we felt it was time to let her be enshrined forever in Gruff beer lore by bestowing this tasty Gose onto her name. This Gose is blasted with Marionberries from here in the PNW, while the alliteration pays homage to our friends from the Great White North. 

A base of 2-Row with plenty of Oats and Wheat to keep it fluffy, mixed with Idaho 7 hops and French Sea Salt, bring this Gose into focus whether through the spyglass on the high seas, or the pint glass here at Gruff.

We got ourselves a brand new beer on tap. Welcome the Silver Stag Mtn Bier. This crisp little crusher of a beer starts the party off at $5 bucks a pint.

A simple base of American 2-Row and Flaked Yellow Corn, and a dash of Simcoe to keep it interesting, make this the beer you want to reach for everytime.
