I have been leading a cohort of women through a vocal reclamation journey called Finding Your Voice Beyond the Veil.

Each we week we meet virtually to delve into ✨️Voice✨️

Our Voice holds one the most potent medicines we have to offer ourselves.

Did you know a few minutes of humming can stimulate your vagus nerve, promoting nervous system regulation?

I lead these incredible women through vocal and meditation practices that connect them to their root, their creativity, their power, their heart, and straight into the soul of each of these magical beings.

We go charkra (energy center) by chakra, feeling into our bodies, emotions, and consciousness, and how each is connected to the expression or suppression of our true Voice.

There is nothing more satisfying than watching a woman open themselves in new ways, exploring the sounds they have inside, the words, the music, the poetry...we express it all in FULLNESS.

Each participant also has the opportunity to work with me 1:1 to explore what best supports them to use their voice in healthier and more potent ways.

This can include breathing exercises, pitch/ear training, toning emotions, smoothing the voice from chest to head voice.

But it always ends up being something so much more!

It's this beautiful mélange of traditional voice studies with energetics and spiritual journeying ♾️

Transformation and transmutation are what happen when we let our authentic Voices emerge from behind the Veil!

The Veil of:
- I have to keep quiet so I don't disturb someone
- My parents always said I couldn't carry a tune so I never really sang
- other people sound better than me
- I only have a limited range
- I'll never have a great voice, so why bother

These limiting beliefs get blasted week after week in my clients.

It's so freaking beautiful!

🎤Music alert! 🎶 Tomorrow night at Honey Moon is going to be a really special offering of songs. I am excited to be able to talk more about why I choose the songs that I do. Some people get uppity about artists that mostly do covers, but an authentic interpretation of a song that others wrote is just as valid, imho. I hope you'll join me (and friends) as I take you on a journey of songs that have touched my heart and hopefully touch yours as well.
