Student Help Desk
Winter break is nearly here! Just as a reminder, the Student Helpdesk and student computer lab will be closed December 14th- January 5. During the break we will be checking messages and mail occasionally, so please feel free to still contact us and leave a message. May you all have a safe and happy holiday!
The Student Helpdesk and the student computer lab will be closed and services will be unavailable Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, November 29th. We will reopen Monday, Novmeber 30 at 7:30 am.

Now Ready For Student Use-
Recharge your device at the Fuyl Cell Self-Serve lockers located in Heiner between rooms 104-105.
This device has 15 separate lockable lockers. Each locker has two full power USB chargers and a 120V AC outlet for charging mobile devices to include laptop computers, tablets, media devices, music players, and portable phones. Each locker is locked by the user with a 4-digit code of their choice, and is unlocked using the same 4-digit code.

Work on School Computers from home!
~With Remote Access you can now use WCC computer resources from home!
Through VMware you can--
•Log into your MyWCC account
•On your My Profile page scroll down to the Remote Access section
•Download & install the version of VMware for your computer
•Log in with your WCC Student Network Account
You can access more information from the Remote Access Instruction link on your MyWCC profile page or contact the Student Help Desk in HNR 104
