It’s official, my Sculpted Hats: Wet Felted Millinery class is up for registration at Sou Wester on the Washington coast. Come stay in one of their awesome vintage campers or cabins for the weekend of January 20-21 and make a customized felted wool hat for your head. This is my first custom piece after a year of giving up creating art in my studio because of a tendinitis diagnosis. Tendinitis is still something I struggle with but I hope if I pace myself I can do more. A big help has been lessening my social media usage on my phone. Some of my worst pain comes from using my phone. This feels like a big win. I will continue to share what I create on and . For now I am not taking on new custom work. Just finishing up prior commitments. I hope to keep creating and find a more sustainable pace. Grateful my hands were able to craft this delicious double layer cashmere cowl. Excited to return to creating.
