So excited to be picking up an award for a client of mine at The Whatcom Dream Awards Dinner…what an incredible, impactful organization that makes a huge difference in the lives of others and our community!! This client worked hard and smart to prepare himself to purchase a home, invest in his future and build wealth through real estate. I gave him books to read on investment properties, had many long talks about options and processes, whether holding or flipping, long term planning, equity gain for future purchases…. I sent him up with a lender that I knew would take great care of him overtime and who would set him up for a success. That lender and I, couldn’t be prouder of the results this client has created in their first home purchase/rental income!
