Using a lacrosse ball at home to get between muscles and tissue is extremely effective. You can use it on your shoulders and back by trapping it between a wall and your body; on your feet by rolling it underfoot; on hips, legs and glutes while sitting on the ground or holding yourself in a semi-reclined position. Pick one up at your next appointment for $5.

One-hour appointments are affordable at $65/hour and allow you to incorporate soft tissue work into your normal active routine.
