We have an immediate opening for a Welder/Fabricator with a strong background in the metal working. This position will require working alone as well as with a team while providing mentorship and accountability for successful project delivery. This includes leadership and guidance for all phases of projects, from assessment to completion per customer design. We are looking for an individual that appreciates physical and mental work that takes a challenging task and is gratified to complete each project with their team.

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
· Eager to work with a team as well as be self-motivated
· Proven welding experience with a solid track record
· Effective experience in metal fabrication and/or construction trade; using, reading and interpreting tools and equipment: vertical saw, ironworker, drill, press, torch, tape measure, etc.
· Can read and interpret shop drawing/blueprint
· Taking work instructions and effectively communicate across multiple projects
· Will work closely with Project Managers and team members to assist in the implementation of best practices on the shop floor
· Improve project flow process through continuous improvement activities
· Able to provide training in methods and procedures
· Must have a passion for growth in yourself and of those you work around
· Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
· Currently have WABO certification or able to obtain it
