I finally got minute to breathe and watched “The M Factor” documentary.
You should watch it.
And your partner should watch it.
And your kids.
And your friends.
We have to stop gaslighting women.
And start to believe them.

Creatine is my new favorite perimenopausal wellness tool.
I guess I shouldn’t say *new* because I started taking it daily back in April.
I have legitimately noticed improvement in my brain fog and focus.
I used to think it was just for bodybuilders.
And even though I *knew* that women could benefit from it, I just didn’t feel that into it.
