One down, one to go!

Working on this pre-Pilates exercise today to help heal and prevent plantar fasciitis. This exercise helps to strengthen the arch of the foot. I do this in combination with rolling my arches on an icy water bottle and plenty of calf stretches. A little massage also helps 😉 All this homework is starting to pay off, I should be ready to hike by the weekend!
