We’re excited to welcome Lake Meridian Village Homeowners Association to the Condominium Management family!

This beautiful 40-unit community, located right on the shoreline of Lake Meridian in Kent, has joined us under full-service management. We look forward to supporting the homeowners and working together to maintain and enhance this stunning lakeside neighborhood.

We are excited to announce that our very own, Michelle Schlichting, CMCA, AMS will be speaking at the 2024 Community Associations Day Conference in Seattle this Saturday!
This event is organized yearly by the Community Associations Institute – WA State Chapter and is Washington’s largest annual educational event and trade show for condos and HOAs.
