Introducing our newest member to the SakeDrop brewery selections, Takahashi Shuzo | #高橋酒造... not to be confused with the much larger/commercialized Takahashi Shuzo Co. Ltd.

Takahashi and its team, led by Echigo Toji (Brew Master), is well known for its focus on individuality, creating different labels to showcase each craft sake's uniqueness. All of the brews are done using the highest-quality local sake rice, clean and crisp water, and leveraging the snowy cold winter climate of Niigata, Japan to craft the best artisan sake slowly.
