Please note the new 3-clock hour Fair Housing requirement for new renewals that went into effect Feb. 2023. I've received a few calls in regards to this---no need to panic---especially if you have yet to renew your license and purchase a 30-hour renewal package from your favorite real estate school as they are all mandated to offer this class (along with the 3 hour CORE class).
