Innovation Triangle development continues to expand! This Bellevue project would include up to 2,700 residential units, a hotel, and retail and office space in multiple towers spanning two blocks of downtown Bellevue immediately north of Bellevue Square, according to documents recently submitted to the City.

The aerospace industry continues to expand in the Innovation Triangle area!
SpaceX is leasing a 124,907-square-foot building complex in Redmond Ridge Business Park, not far from SpaceX’s existing facilities at Redmond Ridge.
Eventually, SpaceX aims to provide global broadband internet access via a network of thousands of Starlink satellites in low Earth orbit. More than 1,400 satellites have already been launched to date.
