This sun room expansion reroof consists of fully adhered white 60 mil Versico TPO.

We dropped everything to tackle this little house roof. It was a time sensitive project that had already begun before we recieved the call. The shingle installation was in progress by another roofing contractor as we arrived on site and we were under the gun. We successfully communicated and worked with the other roofing contractor to achieve a clean and proper tie-in with the shingles. All Versico specifications were achieved and the roof came out pretty nice. Gutters and downspouts were installed by others after these photos were taken.
