These customers wanted to upgrade their electrical panel, from 100 amp to a 200 amp main.
They also wanted a 100 amp sub panel for the garage area. Because of the resent NEC changes, we are now required to install a outside disconnect for our first responders. This allows firefighters to shut off all electricity to the dwelling, to keep them safe from exposure of energized electrical wires, while fighting a blaze.
If your home electrical panel is 20+ years old, this is the optimal time to have it replaced. This is based on manufactures recommendations.

Upgraded the heart of this home, built in the 1920’s
It still had the original electrical panel, meter and mast.
We installed a new meter, outside disconnect, with new mast and weather head,
Everything was installed per National Electrical Code, and Local Jurisdiction Electrical Code.
We also did a complete rewire on this property, so I’ll post more photos of the upgrade from k**b and tube, to Romex (NM cable)
