To The Edge

Hey Everyone, I know its been a while. Moving, life, etc... But keep an eye out in the next day or so for Matt and I to launch a GCR. As you all know, Jamaica was just hammered with a hurricane and one of our extended members was affected by it. Pete Winkler 's brother lives in Jamaica and sustained extensive home damage. I will formally create a post and go live either tonight or tomorrow. If any of you have ever met one one of the Winkler family, they are the most genuine, kind, charitable, and all out good humans. They set the bar higher than most. Pete and Mike Michael Winkler are the first to donate with any endeavor we've ever done. Please keep an eye out for my post and once again, prove what this amazing community is capable of. There will be items for Criss Knives, Moksha Watches, Vehement Knives, DLT Trading, and many more. I am speechless, everyone. I want to personally thank everyone that has made this possible. It hit me as I left the bank and realized that this is a large sum of money. I also realize that none of this is possible without all of the amazing knife makers, the incredible supporters, the diehard sponsors, and the amazing experience this is. I don't know how I am fortunate enough to play a part in the whole picture, but I do know it feels good . To be able to successfully complete this means everything. Aunt Dokores, thank you for pushing me on the design, Paul, thank you for all the selfless hours that you have spent donating your time and skills. Jenna, thank you for all the countless hours double checking my math, clerical errors, and making outstanding leather for a lot of the knives. Jimmy, well what can I say? You keep us upright in every facet. My folks, thanks for expressing your love and supporting your crazy kid that always has some hairbrained idea, Rowland Rivero , our road Doc and so much more. And Matt, thanks for having my back, being my friend, and always arriving to the challenge. The check will be mailed tomorrow and we can check this one off in the books. Thank you!
