Service , Retail and Cashier (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Join our team to assist customers with plant care, garden setup, and product recommendations.

Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a smile.

Help maintain healthy, thriving indoor and outdoor plants for our clients.

Key Responsibilities**
Plant & Garden Knowledge: Advise customers on basic gardening practices and houseplant care.

Customer Assistance: Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

Product Guidance: Demonstrate and recommend tools, soils, fertilizers, and plant accessories.

Plant Maintenance: Assist with light potting, plant labeling, and routine plant care demonstrations.

Operational Support: Handle transactions, restock displays, and keep the sales floor organized.

Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols, especially when handling tools and heavy plant material.

Requirements**

Experience: Basic gardening and houseplant knowledge; prior customer-facing role preferred.

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
Physical Capacity: Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.

Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in hot or cold environments and inclement weather.

Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor and assist customers with a smile.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
