A description of my history and back ground and goals.

Right out of high-school I tested to become a building Maintenance person for a hotel. I had to test in to get the position to bypass the need for a 2 year Maintenance degree, which I past I did building Maintenance and construction for 7 years and 2 of the years I did traveling Maintenance with the nationwide chain. I also had to recieve my CPO for work with pools and spas.

I left the company to join the military I did that for a short period and then opened my own business for computer repair did that until we lost our store front due to leasing issues after 2 and a half years. Then used my military experience to do security and alarm for 6 and a half years until the business sold to a global company. I had been in human resources for the last 5 years there.

Currently now I am in the pool and spa service industry for the past 8 years. But I have continued to work on building maintenance, tree removal and landscaping on the side for other business as a general contractor and for myself. I have also work roofing and other labor jobs threw out my history. The one thing that has always called to me is maintaining my properties. In my youth I rented and would help out my landlords with their repairs and maintenance to help supplement my rent to have more money available from my careers and when starting my first business. And after become a homeowner I have done all of the maintenance on my own homes excluding HVAC. I have a contractor that is HVAC certified in my professional contacts that I work with. I find so much joy in maintaining my past homes and current that I thought it would be great to share some of my joy of the work to provide a service to others.

I currently own my home in Belleville, IL. I grew up here and been living in St. Clair county all of my life excluding the time in the military. I remember in my youth how beautiful this city and its architecture was. And now since I have returned to belleville as a home owner and resident. It is truly sad to see how much the once majestic homes and neighborhoods were have aged and need some help. I want to bring that beauty back and I want to help you accomplish that. So let us surpass the former beauty of this city and make it better than before.
