Our Ice cream is made in-house weekly with fresh ingredients from local sources by our very own Head Chef/Owner Justin Leiter!
With the use of these premium ingredients, the meticulous and labor-intensive process results in a denser, creamier texture. This is achieved by avoiding industrial shortcuts (for example : think mix pre-made in a bag) and instead focusing on a hands-on approach that includes carefully developing recipes, pasteurizing, and aging the base mix, churning slowly to incorporate less air, and manually adding flavors and mix-ins.
This process allows for greater flexibility in creating unique, high-quality flavors. The results? A richer, more authentic product we're proud to serve you! ✨🍦
