We’re looking for a skilled, experienced welder who’s ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you have at least 5 years of welding experience and can lead a team, solve problems on the fly, and work independently—we want to hear from you!

This chimney cap got damaged in the major wind storm we had. It’s funny how the project can seem so simple when you initially look at it but when it comes time to do it, it turns in to a 50 ton crane and an 85 foot manlift!
Needless to say I think we’re gonna be a little over budget on this repair. 🤦‍♂️

To me, this is one of the prettiest job sites I have worked at. It's not often you have the opportunity to set steel this close to a river. I find myself gazing into that beautiful river, remembering all the good times I have had on similar shores.
