Bozeman Road Rescue

Responsibilities:

Safely operate tow trucks (flatbed and wheel-lift) to transport disabled or damaged vehicles

Respond promptly to service calls and arrive on time

Assess each situation to determine the safest and most efficient recovery method

Communicate clearly with customers, providing reassurance and resolving concerns

Perform basic vehicle diagnostics as needed

Accurately document services, including vehicle condition at pickup and delivery

Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies

Inspect and maintain towing equipment to ensure safe operation

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and ability to perform under pressure

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics preferred

Tow truck experience, especially flatbeds, is a plus

Valid CDL preferred

Must be at least 23 years old

Clean driving record required

Must pass a drug test and remain drug-free

Must reside in the Bozeman or Belgrade area

Military applicants are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must provide a valid driver’s license and consent to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to interview
